Refund Policy

14-Day Free Trial
All new subscribers start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial period. You will not be charged unless you choose to continue after the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation, and you retain access to premium features until the billing period ends.
Refunds
Because we offer a 14-day free trial with no card required, we generally do not offer refunds for charges that have already been processed. However, we will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- You were charged due to a billing error on our part
- You were charged after cancelling your subscription
- You experienced a significant technical issue that prevented you from using the service, and we were unable to resolve it
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge. To request a refund, email edinmuhic00@gmail.com with your account email and a brief description of the issue.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle, our payment provider. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record, which means your billing relationship is with Paddle. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
