Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of Edo's Framework, a VS Code extension and associated web services operated by Edin Muhic ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing the extension, creating an account, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

Edo's Framework is an AI-powered developer workflow toolkit for VS Code. It provides project management, Git automation, site building, testing, and automation features. Core features are available for free. Advanced features (Quick Site Builder, Testing, and Automations) require an active Premium subscription.

3. Accounts

You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed at $7 USD per month. A 14-day free trial is available with no credit card required. After the trial period, a valid payment method is required to continue accessing premium features.

Billing is handled by Paddle, our payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service in addition to these terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled.

Prices may change with at least 30 days' advance notice. Your continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to premium features until then. We do not offer partial-month refunds unless required by applicable law.

6. License Keys

We may issue license keys to testers or partners at our discretion. License keys are non-transferable and may be revoked at any time. Using a license key to grant access to third parties is prohibited.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited activities include: attempting to reverse-engineer or bypass subscription checks, using the service to violate any law, or interfering with other users' access to the service.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, third-party outages, or events outside our control. If our backend is unreachable, your last verified subscription status will be used by the extension for up to 24 hours.

9. Intellectual Property

Edo's Framework, including all source code, branding, and content, is owned by Edin Muhic. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the extension. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell any part of the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice in the extension. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
